Andy Abraham Could Return To The Bins If He Doesn’t Win X Factor

With only a few days to go before The X Factor final, the three remaining acts have being revealing their thoughts in a recent press conference. When speaking about who will win on Saturday, 41 year old binman from London, Andy Abraham, said that he could be returning to his old job as a binman if he doesn’t win.

He also said “Whoever performs the greatest on the night will deserve to be the X Factor winner, it’s as simple as that. I will clap as loudly as anyone else if Journey South or Shayne wins it. I will have tears in my eyes. I’ve achieved something in my life that’s far beyond my wildest expectations and hopefully, I won’t have to go back to my old job, but if everything fell flat on its face and I had to do it to support my kids and my wife, I’d be straight out there picking up those bags.”

X Factor Final Countdown – Only Four Days To Go.

The X Factor final show is due to take place on saturday in no less than four days time. When asked about the format of the show, Simon said that the three finalists “will be singing the song they like best from what they’ve done throughout the rounds”. For Journey South, Simon said he has not yet decided whether this will be “Let It Be” or “Desperado”. For Andy Abraham, Sharon said that he would be probably be singing “Mrs Jones” again and Louis was remaining tight lipped over the song choice for Shayne but he did say that Shayne would definitely not be singing The Darkness, perhaps the Daniel Beddingfield song could be a possibility.

The winning song has been recorded by all three finalists and according to Simon, each of the three versions are “sensational!” The prize is not just the recording contract but is almost a guarantee of a Christmas number one and a million selling singles.

Said Simon “We’ve already taken 700,000 advanced orders on this record. Retailers are so confdent that they have ordered that many. The second that the competition ends, we are gonna press the button and that record is gonna go into production.”

X Factor Song Choices For Saturday

Bookies have reported that Andy is now the favourite to go on Saturday, which is a different story from three weeks ago when he was second favourite to win, but after missing his cue two weeks ago and then receiving criticism over singing Phil Collins’ Easy Lover, things are not looking as good as they once were for him. The songs expected to be sung this week are:

Andy Abraham – “Everything I Do (I Do It For You)” by Brian Adams and “Lately” by Stevie Wonder.

Shayne Ward – “Don’t Stop Me Now” by Queen and “Unchained Melody” by The Righteous Brothers.

Journey South – “Let It Be” by The Beatles and “You’re In My Heart” by Rod Stewart.

Brenda Edwards – “Respect” by Aretha Franklin and “Without You” by Mariah Carey.

The Pressure Is Mounting On The X Factor Final Four

With the X Factor semi-final looming on Saturday, it would seem that the tension between the final four is starting to show as each X Factor act is getting so close to that 1 million pound recording contract that they can almost smell the instant success (however short-lived) which comes with it.

There have been reports that Shayne and Andy had a disagreement with each other over how to carry a Christmas tree which they had gone out to buy for the X Factor House. They couldn’t agree on the best way to carry it, which resulted in Shayne letting it fall to the ground and walking off, eventually returning later to carry it back.

Also, Journey South, have been feeling the pressure as Andy Pemberton, one half of the duet, was taken to hospital recently suffering with intense pain from high blood pressure brought on by stress. He was told by the doctors in A&E that he had to try to de-stress and relax. Said Andy “It’s hard to cope with everything. My lass can’t come down too often – it’s expensive. And the nerves every week before I get on stage are horrific.”

Here’s hoping that the final four manage to keep their cool for their performances on Saturday….
