Wagner in top half of votes?

According to leaked voting statistics we have received, Wagner has been in the top half of the votes every single week except for last Sunday, when Paije Richardson was sent home. Even then, the Brazillian singer polled ahead of Katie Waissel as well as Cher and Paije.

The votes also reveal that Paije would have been sent home even if the judges had been deadlocked.

Here’s the full set of statistics for last Sunday that we have received. Please note that these have not and will not be confirmed by the shows producers.

Matt 25%
Rebecca 21%
One Direction 15%
Mary 14%
Wagner 8%
Katie 7%
Cher 7%
Paije 3%

Paije Richardson leaves the X Factor

Paije Richardson has become the latest contestant out of the X Factor, after a sing-off against Cher Lloyd.

Paije joined the series as a wildcard entrant, and sang Stop as his sing-off song in an effort to try and stay in the competition. Simon, Cheryl and Louis all voted to keep Cher in the competition, and so Paije was out.

Song Choices revealed for Beatles Week!

This week’s theme on the X Factor is the ‘Fab Four’ – The Beatles! They’ve evidently decided to broaden this to songs by members of the Beatles rather than just their hits, with Cher Lloyd singing Imagine, a song John Lennon released after the Beatles had split.

Here’s what we know so far about what the contestants will be singing:

Rebecca – Yesterday
Katie – Help!
Cher – Imagine
Matt – Come Together
Mary – Something
Wagner – Get Back / Hippy Hippy Shake / Hey Jude
Paije – Let It Be
1 Direction – All You Need is Love
