The X Factor charity single for this year is now out. Entitled Heroes it will raise money for the Help for Heroes campaign, who assist those injured in battle.

All the X Factor finalists are featured on the track, which was originally released by David Bowie.

Only one act left the X Factor this week, and the results of the public’s vote meant that it was Treyc Cohen vs John Adeleye in the bottom two singing for their survival in the competition.

John Adeleye sang Because Of You first, before Treyc Cohen followed with One Night Only.

Both Dannii and Cheryl voted to keep wildcard entrant Treyc, leaving Simon Cowell to decide whether too send home John or leave it up to the public vote. Simon said that purely on the basis of the sing-off he had to send John home, saying that he had failed to reach the level he achieved at audition on the live shows.

This week’s theme is ‘Guilty Pleasures’ – songs you’re embarrassed to admit you love!
