Robbie Williams turns down X Factor Role

Robbie Williams has turned down a role on the X Factor judging panel, it has been revealed. A source told the Sunday Mirror:

“The thing about Robbie these days is he doesn’t enjoy the attention which comes with a showbiz lifestyle. He turns down so many public appearances — stuff worth millions every year. He just doesn’t need it. ‘X Factor’ lasts for three months and that’s too lengthy a commitment.”

The UK version of the X Factor show looks set to see a big shake-up of the judging panel, with Simon Cowell and possibly Cheryl Cole busy with the US version of the show.

  1. Hi,
I auditioned in Newark. Have sung professionally (been paid to sing). Was in top 10 in Amercan Idol Underground. After jusges were late and many waited till 9pm. Obviously the jusges were tired so they gave auditioners about 5 words to sing then made their decision. Obviously a Susan Boyle would not have made it. Maybe they should now call it the Ex Factor.
Would be better for people to make a tape and have experts jusge it rather than no talent nobodys!!!
