Katie Waissel finally out of the X Factor after polling lowest number of votes

Katie Waissel had been in the bottom two four before tonight, but there was no avoiding it tonight – Katie polled the lowest number of votes, and left the X Factor.

She was joined in the bottom three by Mary Byrne and Wagner, who go through to the sing-off.

Katie looked almost relieved when being told she was leaving, and said that she had “had the most wonderful time”, and thanked people for “supporting and believing in me”.

  2. buhbye…your 15 minutes were up when you went through the auditions you did not deserve to be on the live shows there were many singers who were better you were chosen because as cheryl said you were a drama queen ( and Im sure the producers hoped youd bring the drama to boost the ratings but you didnt even do that

  3. NOOOO…. poor Katie, I absolutely loved her!! ♥ I am so sad now. Weel haters, congratulations I guess. You have hurted her enough now. Or are you still going to tear her down? You shpould really think over how much you have been throwing at her. What kind of people are you? It’s OK too not like her, but it’s NOT OK to throw so much hate on a human being.. You should look at yourself in the mirror and see what you have become.. I will always support Katie, Because of her talent and her personality, she is faboulus! ♥

  5. Well said Ida.
Katie has not been a favourite of mine as there are better performers in the competition, but she can sing and has worked really hard to achieve what she did. She got off to a bad start with weak performances, fogotten words and those stupid feathers for eyelashes, which left me amazed that she was chosen for the finals but once she was in them she gave her all and proved she did have some talent.
It is really sickening that people choose to behave so despicably. Completely unnecessary – you should be ashamed of yourselves.

  6. Ashamed? She puts herself in the public eye, declares she WILL become an idol (yeh right) nad then crumbles under the pressure. You put yourself in the public eye, you take the good with the bad. Simple. Her personality stinks, well that’s how it comes across anyway.
