Wagner in top half of votes?

According to leaked voting statistics we have received, Wagner has been in the top half of the votes every single week except for last Sunday, when Paije Richardson was sent home. Even then, the Brazillian singer polled ahead of Katie Waissel as well as Cher and Paije.

The votes also reveal that Paije would have been sent home even if the judges had been deadlocked.

Here’s the full set of statistics for last Sunday that we have received. Please note that these have not and will not be confirmed by the shows producers.

Matt 25%
Rebecca 21%
One Direction 15%
Mary 14%
Wagner 8%
Katie 7%
Cher 7%
Paije 3%

  1. I am not sure that it was a responsible thing to do to publish these ‘leaked’ statistics but, assuming they are correct, then Wagner is not in the top half of the votes, he is in the bottim quarter of them.
The top half of the votes here are for Matt, Rebecca and One Direction who, between them take 61%. Add to that Mary’s 14% and those four have 75% of the votes.
Wagner isn’t even among the top four people either so please don’t try to hype him up further.

  2. I am not sure that it was a responsible thing to do to publish these ‘leaked’ statistics but, assuming they are correct, Wagner isn’t in the top half at all.
Matt, Rebecca and One Direction have 61% of the vote between them. Add Mary’s 14% and the four have 75% of the vote between them.
Wagner isn’t even in the top for scoring people either so please don’t hype him up further.

  3. I am not sure that it was a good idea to publish these ‘leaked’ results but, assuming they are correct, Wagner isn’t in the top half at all. Matt, Rebecca and One Direction jointly scored 61% of the votes; add Mary’s 14% and the four have 75% of the votes between them.
Wagner isn’t even one of the top four people either so please don’t hype him up any further.

  4. Hi I think it is wrong of Wagner to compare him self to our Armed Forces as he did on Sunday. I also think the XFactor has now become a farce and think people are voting to for people who cant sing so as to make the show a laughing stock last year was bad enough with people keeping Jedward in but this year is even worse. I think it is people voting like they did last year to keep Joe from number one at Christmas

  7. Whilst Rebecca has a reasonably pleasant voice listening to her week in and week out is like listening to repetitive Norah Jones tracks, so boring I wish she could do something different, maybe she is the one trick pony.

  8. The only REAL voice on the show is Mary – always pitch perfect and her diction excellent. She will not win but should get a record contract – I will buy her album and possibly the winner MATT’S as well. The boys are miming and not very well either and the girls are just DIVAS looking for attention. Enough said of WAGNER??????

  9. Strange to publish figures like this …I thought no one knew what they were? Either they’re a secret or they’re not and if it’s the latter then the general public has as much right to know as the producers of the programme.
BTW Matt Cardle is THE quality act …there’s no one to touch him …even on a ‘poor’ week

  10. Wagner in top half of the votes? You must be having a laugh! If so, we have some very sad people in the UK if this is true! I’m very worried for peoples musical tastes, that idiot ruined a very iconic Beatles song last week, I really dispise the guy!

  11. If Both Katie and Cher got 7% of the votes then how come they chose Cher to be in the bottom two? I don’t get it!

  12. @Theresa – read the article properly before you comment. It says Wagner was in the top half of the vote every week except last week That’s not hard to understand, is it?
