Are X Factor Producers Scared of What Wagner Might Say?

Normally when a contestant leaves the X Factor they do hundreds of interviews from journalists. Not so with Wagner Fiuza-Carrilho, who has been banned by X Factor producers from all interviews.

The 54 year old didn’t appear alongside Katie Waissel at scheduled interviews because the show’s producers were terrified on what he might say.

A source told the Mirror:

“”Wagner was banned from speaking to the other contestants on Sunday and yesterday they turned down dozens of media requests because they were worried what he might say. He was effectively gagged. No other contestant had this treatment this series.”

X Factor Finalists at Number One!

The X Factor Finalists single Heroes has entered the charts at number one, knocking former X Factor contestants JLS off the top spot with their track Love You More.

Zane from 1 Direction told Radio One’s Reggie Yates: “It was pretty crazy when we were told we got to number one. Because it’s for such a good cause and something we’re all really proud about, that makes it so much better.”

The single aims to raise money to help former soldiers.

Katie Livid About Song Choice

Katie Waissel is apparently blaming Cheryl Cole’s song choice for her exit on yesterday’s X Factor.

Katie sang Sex On Fire by King’s of Leon, but apparently this was a choice she disagreed with. She claimed that Cheryl told her told ‘lump it’ and sing it anyway.

Katie claims Cheryl favoured Cher Lloyd in the competition. A source said:

“Katie didn’t want to sing it – she knew people would be having a laugh at her expense. She was devastated and thinks Cheryl has proved that she doesn’t care about anyone but Cher, who she has dubbed her ‘mini-me’.”

Wagner leaves the X Factor

After the exit of Katie Waissel, Mary Byrne and Wagner were in the sing-off to stay in the competition. This gave Louis Walsh the unenviable choice between his two acts – and he chose to keep Mary in the competition. This was followed by Dannii, who also chose to vote against Wagner, and Cheryl who also voted against him. As such, Wagner went home.

Wagner was on first, singing Unforgettable. This was followed by Mary singing This Is My Life.

Simon Cowell claimed that people were trying to ‘de-rail the show’ by voting for Wagner, and that the decision to send him home put the show back on track.
