Cheryl Cole to Perform ‘Promise This’ on X Factor this Sunday

Cheryl Cole will be performing her new single Promise This on Sunday’s results show.

Cheryl is apparently to sing live, , unlike her controversial performance last year. The single will be released the following day. A source told the Sun:

“Cheryl will be dancing and singing at the same time. She’s really excited about it and has been practising non-stop.”

  1. The X Factor is all about her and her 2 girls Cher & Kate. But iw will back fire on her and people will see her for what she really is and that is a fake. Nadine Coyle will blow her out of the water.

  4. She was totally miming!!! the whole x factor is a set up for her beloved talentless cher!!! i think this year it is spitting in nation’s face, people shouldn’t be tolerating this, get rid of her!!!

  5. I loved the performance and she didnt mime it all, at least she admits it unlike other people, i think she’s really beautiful and has a great voice. people should go easy on her she made the choices she felt appropiate and at the end of the day, i feel one of the choices paid off.

cher has chosen cheryl as her idol and is unique and happy,,, just let the two be and concentrate on the less serious act…such as wagner!

  6. Given that XF has become the platform for new talent and past winners/runner up – where the hell is Nadine Coyle? As the best vocalist of GA, surely her spot on the show is automatic? Surely her old mate Cheryl can sort her out, after all her single is fab – Nadine’s management decision to limit distribution of her debut single soley through Tescos, was poor judgement – but she of all people should have a fall back position on XF? No?

  7. Cheryl Cole is a joke. When asked “Who was the best of the night”, she replied “All of them”. Cheryl Cole is useless judge who offerers no opinions. Danni is best and most honest judge.

  11. Any more cliches and facial expressions by cher and a spot on doctor who is in order. Street, my a**e. She’s about as much rap and street as Mary Poppins is to soul. Give me a break!! Put her in a stage play and let her rap to the ‘Wizard of Oz’s, Follow the Yellow Brick Road’.

  12. Cheryl Cole is utter crap as a singer – and as a judge too. She has never sung live – because SHE CAN’T!! What a cheek ‘performing’ on a show like X-Factor and miming. Jamiroquai was totally justified in saying what he did, and didn’t Cheryl (and sadly, Dannii too) show what a spiteful, self-centred prima donna she is by her reaction.
