Sun, 20 Dec 2009 19:46:48 +0000 http://xfactorblog.co.uk/?p=2511#comment-347661 Just a thought, but had a look through the Chart rules, and unless I've completely misinterpreted it, the very first rule states: "No record company, distributor, retailer, Artist or other party should act or encourage others to act in any way designed to distort, or which has the effect of distorting the Chart by achieving a higher or lower Chart position for a record than it would otherwise achieve" Surely RATM would not have acheived this chart position without the interference of the facebook group, i.e. Other Party ? Does that not technically make the chart invalid? Just a thought, but had a look through the Chart rules, and unless I’ve completely misinterpreted it, the very first rule states:
