I HATE jedward i thought that Lucie should had gone through jedward can’t sing i think simon regrets sending Lucie home xfactor is a singing comp they belong on Britians Got Talent even though they wouldn’t win.

I reluctantly continued with the show last year after the Laura White debarcle. This is one of my favourite programs and I had a lot of respect for Simon Cowell because he tells it as it is and is a genuine judge, but I will not be watching it any more and I mean that. This has been ruined for me. The judges at this stage of the competition should act as a “failsafe” for any rogue results from the public, which they generally do, voting for the act they want to keep (albeit they feel they have to vote for their own act, but that’s another point). The public should really vote for act they want off and not the act they want to keep. Also, the judges shouldn’t be mentors really as there’s a conflict of interest. Simon shouldn’t have allowed it to go to the public unless there was genuine deadlock. If that’s the way they want the show, then they should have that every week. It’s pants now and I ain’t wasting any more time on this. Hope someone signs Lucie as she’s fab and I’d buy her stuff. Just about to buy Laura’s track!

Well i think it is unfair on simon cowell and on jedward. If simon had sent them home he would be slaged off and if he kept them in he will be slaged off its not fair on him. Also the judges put them through so its there fault really

The public ought to be asked to vote for who they want OFF not who they want to stay,that way the J&E muppets would be voted off this week for certain,I for one would spend a few pounds in voting to ensure their departure,wonder if they would get a welcome home like Lucie did this week,If they did it would be from children taking time off from nursery to see them. I won’t know the results of this weeks show because I can’t bear to watch it,I shall be joining the thousamds watching other channels,but good luck to all you genuine x factors contestants who can sing.

Please, please make sure that all the people who said they are going to boycott, not watch the show, etc. stick to their word. For the ones who end up watching the show – please do not vote.
However, the charity single is out next week and all 12 of the finalists will be included so please make sure you take the time to buy or download the single – the proceeds are for such a wothwhile cause…please, please do not allow your feelings for Cowell to mar the sales of this worthwhile single, please.

I am outraged !! Simon cowell is all about the money it wasn’t suprising that he would send lucie home, once he figured that the nation will vote for jedward simon obviosuly thought i will be making a fortune from them !!! simon dosn’t care about making stars more liek making money !!!!

I remember Cowell saying to Joe a couple of weeks ago “You were note perfect”.Well, the musicologist routine didn’t last long, did it? He sent off the most technically perfect singer in the show.Lucie you are amazing. Your voice is magic.I will always buy your releases but I’ll never watch this naff show again.
