I’m wondering how many people out there will be boycotting x factor this week? Am actually going to watch something else.. it’s not about music or singing talent any more, which is what entertained me! It’s more about the judges especially Simon Cowell, it’s actually like watching a blinkin sitcom these days!!! So I will be tuning in to something else……..

Who’s going to join me on the boycott?

Simon proved to the public,something Ialways knew,what an arrogant ass he is.Lucy Jones did not deserve to go out. I only hope that the public will stop voting for the rest of this series.I will never watch it again ,much to my husband’s pleasure.Tuesday 10.11.2009

Before next week’s X Factor is broadcast, let’s watch a repeat of Sunday’s results show. Simon Cowell’s dithering performance is one for It Will Be Alright On The Night! He doesn’t actually cast a vote. Is he too ashamed to say the words, “I’m going to save John & Edward,” in case those words come back to haunt him? If they should win the competition, he’d be forced to admit responsibility for putting them on the road to success. Instead, he says he can’t make a decision which means he abstains. If you do your Maths – the results stand – 1 for J&E, 2 for Lucie and 1 abstension. Therefore shouldn’t Lucie remain in the competition?

If people thought Lucy was so great why the hell did they not vote for her?

Possibily because she has not had a fair crack of the whip when it comes to the media – others like Stacey and Olly seem to hog the headlines.

By the way – is it just me? but I find Stacey’s witterings not only annoying but somewhat contrived – she is like Jade Goodie mark 2.

Cowell’s decision was not about getting rid of teh compettion but about TV ratings – wheter you like it or not Jedward are car crash television and viewers tune in to watch them.

If they go then I think some viewers will switch off.

Cowell made the decision with his TV exec hat on not his music hat.

It proves that the X Factor is not a singing contest but an entertainment show. It will only become a singing contest when we reach the last 4.

Has the X factor turned into a Jeremy Kyle show? Did it stop being a family talent show of Britains talents? Simon tonight you sold out, stepped over to the media darkside. You say Lucy wouldn’t have won but I remeber at this stage in the competition Liona wasn’t as good as Lucy. ( she had the grace of a giraffe ) To take it to Dead Lock,Whats the point of judges(for the sane vote) you could should be of a job. Stop making this about you and lets concentrate on the talent I want to watch the show without having to explain subplots to my kids, why is Cheryl so bitchy to Daniel and are the twins the (wiggles sons to michela strachen?).lets get back to basics, its a family entertainment, talent show.don’t forget these are peoples lives you are playing with.

What can I say after tonights result – Simon Cowell obviously thinks the British public are a bunch of mindless idiots. He has made this program into a total farce. Talent obviously has no bearing on the result despite the “This is a singing competition” comment we have heard week after week. Anything you say now Simon, will be shown up as the money making scheme you are proporting as a Talent Show. This was one step too far. The other judges should also be ashamed of themselves for being associated with this hypocritical charade. I for one will never watch this debacle anymore.
