A we told you on Friday, X Factor 2009 is to have Britain’s Got Talent style live auditions.
Unfortunately (or fortunately, depending on how people did first time around), this means the Glasgow auditions, for which filming has already been completed, are having to be re-run.
A spokeswoman for the show said:
“We are still fine tuning our plans, but we aim to be back up in Scotland at the end of the month.
“We are working out how we are going to do it, but it does look like everyone who auditioned will come and audition again.”

hi i am a sixteen year old girl and my family and i travelled to scotland for the xfactor auditions in may. we queue from the night before at ten o clock and didnt get in to audition till after two the next day. i found it very hard to concentrate with a lot of music and cheering going on in the back round. i’ve read that there is some talk about bringing people back. i didnt get through the first time as i could’nt get my key with the music in back round.i’d like to know if the contestant like me have to return and would there be less back round noise this time and will it be a room the auditions will be in. thanking you jessica lifely
