Ruth Lorenzo and Laura White made up the bottom two this week, for which the theme was Mariah Carey songs.
In the sing-off, Ruth sang ‘Knocking on Heaven’s Door’, whilst Laura sang ‘Somwhere over the Rainbow’.
Simon Cowell had kind words for both girls, saying that neither deserved to be in the bottom two. Ultimately, he voted to send Laura home, and Cheryl and Dannii both predictably voted to keep their own acts in.
Louis Walsh was therefore again forced to cast the deciding vote, and in doing so he said he was voting to keep the act ‘with the most fight left’, leaving Ruth to fight another week.
This evenings result (8/11) was a TRAVESTY OF JUSTICE - Rachel could not even sing in tune this evening and the show has now lost one of the most original and unique voices in Laura. There should be a recount with the “sob” factor excluded

I don’t often disagree with you Simon but you got it completely wrong tonight.. get your eyes off Ruth and open your ears.. you’ve just lost the best singer in the competition and I think her voice is possibly as good if not better than Leona’s.. and Louis.. you’re hopeless get off the show.. What a sham in judging this series…Louie was only getting back at Cheryl for her Westlife comments, pathetic Louie. Everyone vote JLS out and see if Louie likes his tactics back.
With Austin gone and Laura the programme feels like a fix and also like a gameshow where the judges control all outcomes not the public. Why didnt Louie go to the public vote? Answer because he is too threatened by real competition like Austin and Laura. Proper artists.
So disappointed with what used to be the best Saturday night show, maybe the public did get it right when they voted Celebrity Come Dancing as the best show…where’s the remote.

Don’t know what is happening with the voting system on XFactor. Tonight it was SO clear from the performances that the weakest performance [and often out of tune] was not by either Laura or Ruth . Nothing against any of the other contestants - but I cannot believe the sing off was between Laura and Ruth when both of their performances were so strong, in tune and NO WAY poor enough to go out tonight. Is this competition rigged? Is there something wrong with the voting system? I am really disappointed, as a family we love the show and follow it week on week, BUT if tonight is anything to go by we will probably stop watching as it appears somethng dishonest is going on somewhere.

It’s a travesty. I have no idea who is voting for Daniel, but it is quite clear that originality and talent have no part to play in this. I’m just hoping that Laura will get snapped up by another producer who will stick 2 fingers up at Walsh and Cowell.

Proof, were it ever needed, that the X-Factor is *not* a talent show.
Laura White’s voice is outstanding by any measure and she has recorded multiple singing performances on the show that have never been equalled in any season.
While it may help to heighten the suspense factor for the show having Laura go out, it knocks a ton of credibility from it too - the only reason to continue watching the show now is for Alexandre, the only other true talent left for us to watch - the rest are quite good at best and downright embarassing at worst …

Something is wrong with the judges - they are looking to score off each other rather than retaining the best of the talent. Laura is one of the top and should certainly have gone through to the top three.

I have always admired Simon Cowell for his honesty and ability to recognise talnet but tonight-I CANT BELIEVE WHAT HAS HAPPENED.To vote off Laura-the best singer in this years show by a mile, and to keep in that loud, one tone singer Rachel-unbelievable. He has been blinded by Rachel since the first live show and he has let the fact that he fancies her like mad get in the way of what the show is supposed to be about-finding new talent-Not looking at the ghirl with the biggest boobs. I am really disappointed in tonights show, i cant believe that Laura was in the final i am so angry. It is stupid that the judges vote at the end as they are all against the strongest catagory which is Cheryls, and they all went against her act it is so stupid i think it should be down to the public not the political judges.
P.s Louis does not like Simon and will vote his act out every time, he is pants.

This evening’s show has made me question the authenticity of this programme and the integrity of the judges ! Laura and Ruth gave stunning performances and neither deserved to be in the bottom two.

Simon has stated, the XFactor is looking for a unique and different performer as the winner this year! So, we still have in some very NORMAL and not unique / different contestants and getting rid of the unique and different like Laura!!!!! My only guess is that because the teenage girls are voting for Eoghan + JLS, the more mature women are voting for Daniel, and the men are of course voting for Ruth, there is nobody to vote for the women? Although Alexandra got through.
At least the British public got THAT right.

Tonights result is absolutely disgusting. This programme no longer has ANY credibility. It’s a joke. I refuse to believe that Ruth and Laura received less votes than that arrogant and tone dead scummer Rachel and Daniel - the definition of beige! It has truley become the ‘Sob’ Factor. Daniel should not have made it past bootcamp, but prostituted his dead wife out to secure a place. It’s utterly disgraceful - he should be ashamed. And as for Rachel, she does have some talent and has been good, but her performance tonight and her overall behaviour certainly does not warrant a place for her. I felt very sorry for her tonight, she was a broken woman, which must be why she stayed in after that horrendous performance. There is no way those results reflect the voters opinions. I truley believe it must be fixed and will not be watching it again.

This is pathetic. Im sick of Miss i was a drug addict benefit theif I should be given a second chance Rachel! her attitude is disgraceful she looks like a transvesite in a wig and her voice grates to me to make my stomach churn. Tonight is a disgrace for 2 reasons;
1) How can Diana be that ill when she was shouting and partying away on Bonfire Night? Surely this would have made her throat worse? Wot a con, maybe she didn’t fancy singing Mariah Carey??

Laura White is the most talented artist I have ever seen in this competition and the fact that the programme/judges have allowed this to happen is a joke beyong belief. All involved should be deeply and truely ashamed!!

I agree with everyone, this is a complete travesty. firstly, the british public need to wake up and spot the REAL raw talents in the show and stop voting sympathetically, Daniel is a great guy but thats not what this show is about is it?!? and as for Rachel, she has an amazing voice… but where has it been? at least EVERY one of Laura’s peformances have been exceptionally outstanding… this show has been ruined by the judges making it about themselves, even they seem to have forgotten what this show is all about. Louis deserves every bit of stick for the last 2 weeks decisions, even more so for this one, he’s clearly just being tactical and getting rid of the stronger singers to give JLS a better chance… grow up louis… i only hope that Laura picks herself up, dusts herself down and uses this chance to make the judges realise they made a big mistake!

We gave up believing that the best talent wins last year when Leon won and Rhydian was given 2nd place, so this year we just take it all with a pinch of salt! It is much less stressful to watch …

I’m sure that the producers already know the type of act they want to win / gap in the market! For Simon Cowell, whoever wins is irrelevant because he can sign up who he wants and this show helps him to unearth some fabulous talent. It lines the winners’ pocket and his - he’s not stupid!

Why do Simon and Louis decide to vote out the strongest contender for the X Factor? Because they are biased and are making a political decision to improve the odds on there own performers winning. Cheryl and Danny are always fair with there comments and voting unlike Simon and Louis. It should be about talent not childish politics, tonight’s decision is a travesty, and if I was Cheryl I would go the same way as Sharon.

The most talented, unique individual has been voted off as was the only reason we watched the x factor. I really like Diana, if not for her still being in I would stop watching the show as its so obviously rigged.
For those blaming the Granny’s for keeping Daniel in, think again, I’m a Granny and I wouldnt have even sent him to boot camp, I cannot bear the “sympathy vote” contestants particularly when they cant sing to boot.

That Xtra factor presenter Holly is just plain rude. What did she mean by something is not right, public got it wrong etc etc?! Just disrecpectful to the remaining contestants. Surely she knows that the public don’t always vote based on vocal talent! If it’s just based on vocal talent then it shouldn’t be called X factor! Obviously the public has voted for Daniel, good for him, although I do think he should not be still in the X factor. But hey what can you say. Ruth was just amazing in the sing off, what a rock chick she is! And she looks better and better too! She deserves her place. Louis I have to say made the right decision. Laura has a great vocal, but she just doesn’t seem to be improving much with her image, as rightly pointed out by Simon, compared to other contestants. Something is just not right with the way she dresses. Anyway she did amazing in her sing off and all the best to her in future.

Since Diana was not able to perform this week, I think X Factor should have let everyone go through this week and vote two contestants off the show next week. It would have been a fairer vote, as Diana now has had a free ride through to next week’s competition. Girly Diana not a strong singer at all! Alexandra to win. JLS to make one record. Ruth to sing a one-off with Aerosmith or Bon Jovi. Rachel to host a youth tv show. Daniel and Eoghan definitely to go next.

Very shocked with tonights results!
Laura should have easily been in the final, Rachel was not in tune tonight and due to a sob story got away with the real comments she should have recieved from the Judges. Daneil isn’t going to win the competition and I am dissapointed he is still in as I need to watch another boring performance from him!
Louis Walsh is a complete joke voting tactically, if Diana was in the bottom he would have also voted her off to get rid of the competition. Simon I am dissapointed with I usually agree with his decisions but tonight he was wrong, it should have at least gone to Deadlock.
Those of you who are saying that it’s the publics fault over Laura and Ruth being in the bottom 2 is wrong - come on this is a talent show where on many occasions there have been issues with the phonelines and we never see the actual phone in results - why? Becuase it can easily be fixed.

X Factor has become a joke for a long time, but tonight proves it is and just not even worth watching anymore. Laura was so talented and amazing and got voted off because the judging system is so unfair that they “look after” their own.Its not about talent anymore but the judges egos and them wanting to win at any cost. Well i wont be watching anymore as it is just all a sham. Strictly is a million times better, and at least the judges base their scores on talent on the nite and dont have any allegiance to any one of them. X factor isnt about talent anymore, feel really angry tonight and so sad for Laura. Hope she goes on to even bigger things than this crap!

I agree with a lot of what has been posted here. I think tonight’s show is going to really shoot the judges in the foot. It was very clear that both Simon and Louis voted off Laura as she is so clearly head-and-shoulders above their own acts. Laura has a unique voice; as we said in thishouse tonight - if she had an albumn out we’d go and buy it as she is distinctive. Tonight’s show was an ego-trip for the two men behind the desk. They are so determined to win that they have childishly squandered the reputation of what was actually a very entertaining show. The X Factor is no longer about talent - it’s about how these two men can manoever what little influence they have over the voting to get their own acts through to the final. I have decided that as a ‘public voice’ competition we should all use our voice and do the one thing that will really p*** these 2 off. The only competitor who will never get to number 1 at Xmas is Daniel; Simon and Louis were both more kind to him this week as they have realised that their previous comments were getting Daniel plenty of ‘irony’ votes. From now on, I, my friends and work colleagues will vote for Daniel. Not because he is talented, but because we refuse to allow 2 men to cynically use their own influence in order to win a competition that should actually be about sustainable talent.Cheryl should vote with her feet. She doesn’t need to be associated with a programme like this. Simon, I’m afraid you are going to find that the X Factor died tonight. The public will not trust you. I’m with Chris Moyles, let’s make Daniel win, it’s the only way we can get back at Simon and Louis and make them realise that a show’s credibility should come before their own childish competitiveness.

We are absolutely gutted. Laura is amazingly talented and did in no way deserve to go home. Louis is a disgrace voting tactically to save his precious JLS - am def in the queue to buy Laura’s 1st album. Its not Ruths fault think shes amazing also - sorry to say it but Miss Attitude Rachel needs to go. Find it somewhat ironic young talented girl thrown off show last year because of her past and being caught happy slapping yet judges praising and encouraging ex criminals. I do believe in giving people chances - but there should be consistency. Sort it out Simon. We are in total shock…why is Laura going home when she has the most amazing voice ever! I agree Ruth shouldn’t have been in the bottom two but I still can’t get my head round the fact Laura has gone.
I REALLY DON’T THINK I CAN WATCH X FACTOR ANYMORE.

I can’t get over tonight’s result. Laura is amazing!!! I was so excited about buying her album. I thought the object of the show was to find a new pop idol……., but it seems to be based upon who has the most “fight” ridiculous! I think the public just assumed Laura would be safe, so no need to vote (as others would). That is the only explanation. The Judges ……what?! Laura’s performance was faultless. I hope Laura doesn’t let this defeat her and goes on to secure a record contract so that we can enjoy her voice in the future.

OK, Laura was voted off but she has proved that she has talent and will, I am sure, get work, whether as a pop star or on stage - she has a great voice, especially for jazz and blues - you wait, she will be in Chicago before you know it! Diana probably didn’t fancy doing Mariah Carey - who can blame her, Maria Carey is a cliche, and Diana is just Dido but more elfin. Rachel was off key but she was clearly totally shattered by it all - I just wish they would let them be themselves - Laura looked and sounded terrific in the early stages but what was all that glam and glitz about? Let her do her own thing… Alexandra is a Whitney clone so where’s the newness? Ruth only comes into her own when she is rocking out, and she is so good at that. Eoghan is 16 going on 30 - the clothes are awful and he would be better in Last Choir Standing. Daniel sings in tune, is a nice geezer and does what he is told - he has no chance but I like him!
So who will win - Alexandra. She is the new Leona. Enough said. Bring back Opportunity Knocks.

I dont know why everyone seem to be blaming the judges this week, it was the public vote which decided the bottom two. I also cant understand how it happened like this, but given that it did, then Ruth was the best, she has been my favourite from the beginning. In my opinion Eoghan and Daniel are the worst two. Eoghan,s voice is too weak, and Daniels is too bland and boring. I do think that Louis has voted Simons boys off deliberately before, especially as he has said he doesnt like Daniel, and then he saved him, that was blatently unfair. But this week I thought it was the right decision given the choice that they had. I hope that either Daniel or Eoghan go next week, and we dont lose any more of the best ones.

The fiasco this evening which has resulted in probably the best singer in the competition being voted off means that I will no longer be watching the X Factor.
There are a number of other reasons that have led to this:
- The sing off is ridiculous.The act with the lowest votes as per the voting public’s wishes should go.That would end the controversy of tactical voting by the Judges.
-Louis has voted off (interestingly when he was the last vote) Scott, Austin and Laura all of whom were more of a danger to JLS than the three he saved.
-In almost any other competition a contestant who was unable to compete would be out - full stop. To many of us Diana sings like she has a throat infection every week. She is nearly always out of tune. The public are being conned that she is exceptional because she is different. I am not sure that an exception would have been made for most of the other contestants.
- I have found a lot of the comments about Rachel out of order. As someone in the profession I can say that she has one of the best voices in the competition. She did have problems this evening but generally she is beautifully in tune which cannot be said for some of the others.
-This contest is no longer about talent it is about sob stories and who will make Simon the most money.
I like many people thought twice about watching the current X Factor after last years debacle.
I send my best wishes to Scott, Austin and Laura and hope they have successful careers.

Exactly Lorraine! Louis is such a COWARD. he and simon voted her off cos she was the BEST competition in there. it’s completely out of order. Ruth was great but she’s been in the bottom 2 twice - so regardless of anything she deserved to go cos lets face - she’s not gonna win. I thought the reason we HAD JUDGES was so that they made sure an accident in voting didn’t mean the best singer got chucked out. this was complete crap and the show has gone down massively in my estimation. they could have at LEAST let it go down to public vote, but no, simon and loius couldnt have risked that…cos neither of their acts would have stood a chance nest to Laura in the final.

It has completely destroyed my faith in the xfactor and the British public vote! I really can’t understand why Simon and Louis voted Laura off. I now don’t care who wins as Laura was my favourite and don’t want to get involved in the ridiculous petty wars between the judges. I don’t care whose ‘category’ wins - I care about the talent that is produced and think the show has become too much about the judges winning than the actual contestant and it’s become a joke!

what a great year this show has been until NOW. The show is losing its credibility for the sake of drama. And they’re playing with peoples lives and dreams. And the judges blame the viewers. Well its obvious with this voting system the wiewers are going to vote for the vulnerable to save them. Hence lucky Daniel and Rachael escaping the bottom 2. This was Ruth’s 2nd visit to the bottom 2, ho come no 2nd chance for Laura who has been brilliant throughout and because she’s tied in with the x factor tour it will be over 12 months before she’s free to ressurect her singing career when she’s out of the limelight. Louis- get a brain and save fresh uk talent Simon- vote with your brain not your trousers and sort the viewer vote system as its gonna spoil what could have been a fantastic finale. Good luck Laura x

Tonights result makes me feel quite sick. Neither girl deserved to be in bottom two but Laura should not have gone. How can the judges say what they have said about her in previous weeks and then not save her tonight. They should have at least gone to deadlock and left it up to the voting public. I wonder if its tactical too. Laura was the main competition for JLS and Eoghan and without her I bet Simon and Louis know their acts have a chance to go further in the competition. I think Laura will go on to be bigger and better on her own. If she had won the x factor they would have destroyed her individuality anyway and would have probably rushed out a record. At least this way she can take her time and record her own material. I am sure she will have no trouble getting a record deal. I can barely bring myself to watch the rest of the series but I hope Diana or Alexandra win now!!

Listen guys, Laura and Ruth in the bottom 2 is definitely the fault of the british public vote not the show or judges. ppl at home could have been voting their all for the likes of Daniel and Rachel simply becos they Believe that Laura’s popularity is way over the top and she’s definitely safe. Unfortunately, the show has proven that its not enof for yu to tip someone to win by mouth, but folow up vry saturday with your votes.
Laura definitely has an amzing voice, but Ruth is equaly very very superb and delivers all time with a lot of performing energy.So with all respect she deserves to stay in the competition.
Simon cowel probably knows the 2 lady judges will back of their acts, nd tot if he saved Ruth and Louis saved laura it’ll go to dead lock, but they were judged on their last performances.
We liked Laura, but at the end only one winner will emerge.

Man, this flame war is just like when Tokio Hotel were nominated for Best Act Ever at the MTV EMAs. Honestly though, Laura’s singing was filled with inconsistent high and low notes which she always relied on, whereas Ruth hit the notes where needed (clearly shown in the sing-off). Ruth chose a powerful song showing her clear varied ability and potential, while Laura sang using her usual warbly voice. Btw,just me or is Ruth alot like Hanna Pakarinen (Finland ESC 2007 entry and winner of their Idols music competition).
They really need to axe themed weeks.

Couldn’t agree more with everything you said John Flynn and lots of other very good points on this post. What has happened is a complete injustice and the judges have been tactical. I hope Alexandra wins now as imo she is the only real talent left - also a top class singer but I’d have loved Laura to win. Personally now I’ll only ever tune into the website to check Alexandra’s OK but never watching again…
I’m guessing the show will lose a lot of viewers - at least that would make a point and make a stand about what’s happened.
But my main question is what we can do to back Laura up and give her the support to help her get the break she truly deserves. She has many many fans! I hope she makes it cos she’s the one who deserved it most talent-wise and when she releases an album 1 day I’ll be sure to buy it!

I thought this season was turning out to be the best. That was until the gradual Daniel fiasco voting, then the Radio 1 Chris Moyles fiasco interference and of course the judges Louis and Simon acting in a more diva-ish manner than any other contestant or guest singer that has ever been on. Jealously and personal rivalry has killed this show. Cheryl has not picked the best songs for Laura in the last couple of weeks but that shouldnt have mattered. The male bitches have won. I will not be entertaining their petty attitudes again. In this house, the X-Factor is dead!

Tonight’s show has disgusted me. why does the show allow so much emphasis on people’s backgrounds and stories. Everyone has traumas going on in their life in their own ways but this DOES NOT determine whether you have a good singing voice or not. If only this competition was purely about talent we would have many more superstars come out of it-not just Leona Lewis. So many fabulous singers slip through the net because they don’t even get past the 3 sets of producers you have to audtion for before you even get to see the judges! Then to make matters worse, finally we get a year with majority of the final 12 acts being great and the judges start turning tone deaf and saving all the weak acts! Either that or the public are saving them because they either fancy them or feel sorry for them! Tonight was a really difficult choice the least louis could have done was let it go to deadlock. I’m not interested in it anymore as Laura and Austin were the 2 most musically and creatively talented and they’ve both gone one after the other! And simon criticised lauras performance tonight but nobody said a word about the most bum note in the history of the show that came out of rachels miserable gob! Also I agree it was not sensible to show footage of Diana screaming and shouting at bonfire night!

but anyway i think tonight elimination should have been cancelled as a result of diana being too ill. ruth still sang when she was ill, so did leona. why should diana get special treatment? she couldnt have been that ill as she was photographed having lunch with her boyfriend this week. its not fair on the rest of the contestants that she has a “free” week

I actually think its turning into a sympathy vote…..People are voting more for Daniel and Rachel as opposed to the stronger talents probably because they are assuming people will vote anyway for them…that’s the only explanation I have for Ruth and Laura to be the bottom two tonight…………just makes no oooo sense….Laura you might be out of the X Factor but in some ways you now have people gasping for more!!

I’m gutted, I can’t believe that Laura has been voted off, she has a gorgeous voice and she was favourite to win. I think its disgusting that the judges are using tactics like they are. I think it should go off the publics votes only, then the one with the least votes leaves, that is way more fair. Why are Daniel and Rachel still in it, they are rubbish? What a complete and utter joke. I won’t be watching the rest of this series as it’s made a mockery of what talent is supposed to be about. With the exception of Alexandra, none of the other acts come anywhere close. I really do hope that this works out to be a positive thing for Laura, in the same way it was for Lemar. I for one will be at the front of the queue if and hopefully when she releases an album. It’s also time for Louis to go, his comments are both ridiculous and embarassing.

A talent that the world should encounter, i know you will get a record deal regardless of the results but please do not let your confidence slide because of this. just wanna say that i am absolutely gutted abot tonight:( am going to stop watchin x factor this season. its become a joke. first austin and now Laura.i think its become a compeption between the judges than keepin the real talent. I’ve never been so gutted for a contestent. Laura was unique and one of the best singers to ever grace that stage.
I can’t get my head around the decision. I was so gutted I had tears streaming down my face.
I expected tactical voting from that weasal louis but not from Simon. He must know, being who he is, that stood before him was a godess.
I still don’t know why Simon did what he did. They must have already chosen their winner and had to somehow get laura out.
I pray that laura rises past it and gets the break she deserves. I’m totally gutted for her.
The world has lost out on an incredible talent.

Laura and Ruth were in the bottom two simply because they didn’t have the public vote. They are both fantastic singers in their own styles. I wish people would stop giving Daniel and Rachel a hard time, they have a right to be in the show as much as anybody else, the four judges put them there in the first place and the public vote is keeping them in. I wonder how many of the people whining on this ‘blog’ are actually voting themselves?

I have been a fan of XFactor since the start but I am afraid I will not be watching it again following last night’s appalling decision. Laura is an exceptional talent and there was obviously game playing and tactics by judges (Simon and Louie) going on. It has given the show a sour taste and discredited it amongst the public.
Meanwhile, I hope Laura is given the message that there are many of us out here just waiting to buy her first album - so now you have time to get on and record it!

The judges need to read this blog and listen to the fans. It is outrageous what is happening on the show between the judges, and they are really disappointing the viewers with their constant bickering and games.

I must say Laura did not sing her best last night and should be praised for managing to keep playing the piano from 10ft away!!amazing!! BUT….she was no way near the worst performer last night heres my verdict..
Rachel was just awful my cat loved it though! Egioghuio O’ Quinnley was just..well..if I want to watch a cabbage patch doll ill go to Toys’R'Us..!!
Daniel was great, he deserved to stay and so did JLS, very good. Ruth is a real sexy rock chick and no way should have been in the bottom two. I have lost all faith in X Factor and i love the show. You ask anyone and they love Laura. She had such a great talent and that edge that even Alexander, who has a great voice, doesn’t have. Its obvious that something isn’t right when Laura loses out to Daniel and even Rachel who continues to mess up. The word is now that Laura lost votes because of the revelations that she is ’supposedly’ in a relationship with the shows TV Exec. So what! You cant always believe what you read anyway. I wouldn’t be surprised if the producers have fixed it so she goes out to avoid anymore bad press! I am gutted!

Laura voted off by the judges this week was disgusting. Watched the show since the first series but no longer watching since it’s clear that the judges vote tactically. Laura was by far one of the most talented on the programme and was set to be in the final. I hope other viewers react the same way, and that the ratings pummet.
I have posted this same comment to the ITV X-Factor website, please do the same if you feel strongly about this. I have NEVER complained about a TV show before, but the voting last night was terrible. Louis Walsh is not capable of judging real artists, Simon Cowell was voting with his p***s, since he loves latin women.

The show is becoming more and more of a pantomime. The sob stories really should be banned. Having a sad life doesn’t make you a recording artist, I am fed up of hearing everyone’s woes and them painting that as a reason why they deserve to make it. Daniel is a nice guy but he has really outstayed his time there. Neither Laura nor Ruth deserved or earned a place in the bottom 2. Laura undeniably has a fantastic voice, doubt I personally woudl buy anything she did as wouldn’t fit my tastes but she is a fabulous talent. Ruth I like lot too she isn’t technically the best singer but I like her personality and performances. JLS I liked them in the auditions but feel they are becoming a plastic boy band, Eoighan is just starting to grate on me. Rachel omg that woman is a disaster, this weeks performance was out of tune and her attitude disgusts me. All this second chance nonesence, yes she quit drugs and that is to be respected but she chose that lifestyle and it doesn’t earn her the right to be a rude, selfish bitch. She is a loudmouthed, arrogant waste of space. Yes in the auditions she had a fab voice but she has no idea how to use it, her performances have been week and she has no humility or decency.
The remaining talent for me is Diana, Alexandra and Ruth.

Very dissapointed. Laura is a great singer but should have worked on her confidence. Ruth is not as good but she shows a lot of confidence and she is very overpowering and that gave her points. I am sure if Laura would have believed in herself and show more confidence she would have stayed. But I don´t think is a lost battle for her if they work on her self-steam and confidence she will make it to the top. Ruth is all character, temperamental and a lot of shouting but Laura is a sweet, sensitive girl that didn´t deserve to go.
If people are unhappy the best way to show them it´s by NOT VOTING they make huge amounts of money and by NOT WATCHING THE PROGRAM UNTIL WE GET LAURA BACK¡¡¡

i am not going to continue watching this farce of a show - simon and louis joined forces to oust the competition so that their only acts stand a chance of getting into the final. it was blatantly obvious - neither even tried to hide it. this would never have happened in strictly come dancing, where the judges are not swayed by their own greedy ambitions for certain acts to win. we should all boycott the show - the real talent has been cast away. everyone knows that ruth will not go on to win the whow and is not in the same league as laura. louis said as much the previous week. a disgrace.

Rachel out you are not worthy to sing in a pub let alone in front of millions you sap……. go home and let the talent win the competition. unlucky Laura but then again it does not matter because you have got talent and you will become huge in the music industry good luck….

Real shame that Laura White was voted off as she certainly had the most unique voice in the compeition. I’ve no doubt she’ll be picked up by someone but she certainly won’t get the amount of promo muscle behing her like this year’s winner will.

i use to have a lot of respect for Simon, but he got it complete wrong, i will not let any member of family watch the show anymore my kids will be gutted but i will blame the idiot judges for making the wrong choice twice in a row, iys music competition not sob stries you idiots and to the producers that kept Rachel in i hope you lose all your ratings and maybe you should make a public apology for getting so wrong… idiots
