The star of last night’s X Factor has to be Joelle Moses, who blew the judges away with her version of ‘I have Nothing’, delivering a performance worthy of Whitney herself.
The 17 year old from West Drayton wasn’t even put off by Cheryl Cole stopping her half way through to ask her to look at the judges whilst she sang. With the total of her singing coaching a ‘vocal training’ CD, the judges gave her a unanimous yes and sent her through to the next round.

OMG! Cannot believe the judges didn’t put Joelle thru! Simon said she was potentially the best singer in the UK and she’s only 17. How could they leave her out of the competition when she has so much natural talent? She’s at least as good as Leona Lewis. What were they thinking?????????!

Still can’t believe the judges didn’t put her through. Again, their loss!!! With her talent she doesn’t need to be part of X-factor. All politics!! She is definitely a winner!!! and she will teach them a lesson. Watch out Leona!!! All the best luck Joelle!!

violation! is this true? are the judges high or something? Joelle could have easily given the others a real run for their money. this is a disgrae and i think she should go back in the competition - she has real potential and is the uk’s whitney houston. when she gets to the top of her game and is a worldwide superstar, simon and the judges will sorely regret it. with talent and a voice like that, she could be just like Leona. plus she’s *SO* original! she can easily make it herself. You GO girl!:-D
