Hope Deny Fighting

Rumours have been circulating of fighting within girl-group Hope, who left the X Factor competition on Saturday.
The rumours first emerged when Futureproof were evicted, with member Richard Wilkinson saying the members ‘detest’ each other. After this, there was talk of the other band members being jealous of Phoebe’s lead singer role.

Hope member Raquelle has denied these claims, saying

“Absolutely not! We’ve all been totally supportive of each other. When Phoebe was given the lead vocal on ‘Hurt’, we were pleased because she’s the one who sounded best on that song.”

Simon was very critical of their performance of ‘2 Become 1′ on Saturday, claiming that it was the reason they left the competition. What do you think? Watch their performance below and leave us a comment!

  3. Thought the first song was beter than the the 2nd, I jus can’t rate Phoebe though, always thought she sounds like a wannabe with a hairbrush in front of the mirror, no depth to her voice at all and couldn’t understand why the judges rated her, terrible as a solo singer hence her failure to make the final 12 and even worse as a group singer.

  4. Its a shame Hope went out. They were about the best for entertainment, and talented I am sure we shall hear of them in the future. I am bored with the contestants that are left. Come on Simon where is the talent?

  7. Why is Rhyddiam still there, ahve we not got enough G4’s and the like out there? Nothing special about the finalists this year, no-one stands out and if he wins, I will never watch the programme again.

  9. Hope aren’t at all good, they are mediocre and got through because they wear short skirts! Anyone can see they are not the tightknit group of best friends they claim to be, the tall black girl is so left out it is shocking! Whenever they were shown together she was always an outsider, never being hugged or her hand held. The number of times I saw one of the ‘prettier’ girls speak over her and cut her off! Hope can’t hold a candle to the Spice Girls, and I don’t think they will go very far.
Maybe Beverly or Niki will sell them a finger nail because they have more talent in one of those than the whole of Hope put together!!
Beverly and Niki may not have been skinny dolly birds, but they are two sexy mamas and they could sing Hope off the stage any day or night of the week!
    Ryddian to win!

  10. I agree with marrianne, Hope were pants! Im not a girlie group lover but I’d rate the spice girls and girls aloud over them anyday. We don’t need another girl group and if we do , we at least need a decent one. I couldn’t stand Raquele, she thought she was some sassy singer, rubbish love, reckon you blew it for the group with your crap rendition of 2 become 1, it was terribly out of tune. Phoebe didn’t have any depth to her voice, overrated, and the others just were insignificant. Hope? Forgotten you already!

  11. x factor is ridiculing the people who auditioned for x factor on the saturday night performance. I thought it was a piss take to have a young teenage girl who has an obese weight problem and put her infront of thousands of people was cruel! to do that to her!! The person whos idea this was to let this go ahead, is a complete and utter joke!!!
