Girl’s song Choices for Saturday 20th October

There were plenty of tears when Sharon Osbourne chose her final three to represent the female 14-24 category. Let’s hope there are only tears of joy for them tonight as they sing:

Emily - I Knew you Were Waiting For Me
Kimberley - It’s Raining Men
Alisha - Dreams

  2. I thought a big mistake was made with the judges dismissing Kimberely. If only youse didnt dress her up like a fun character ,she would of made a great modern Bonnie Tyler if left her natural way(”suited songs like total eclipse of the heart”)Had a much better voice then the other girl Alisha. I think emily should sing the old coke a cola song (remember first love first kiss) anyway just a thought! sorry Kim they made a mistake ,you could of been groomed to the perfect bonnie ,hopefully you wont give up and that voice is next to the best given the chance. from paula in Dublin city

  3. I’ve already commented on the sad exit of Kimberely and that the hair, the dress and the song were contributory factors. She deserved better.

Also, Beverley’s presentation was scary too. What was with those two pink dancers in the background?? she didn’t need them at all. What happened to the hair?? ..I WILL SURVIVE is a dramatic song (pink ladies, warrior song???)

Again, what is wrong with the way Bev looks. Why change their appearance on the first night especially. Get a grip of Beverley’s presentation or she could be robbed the same as Kimberley next week.

I WILL SURVIVE is over sung, over heard and over hear. Puleeze

  4. Judges are so awful.Alisha’s performance of dreams was great and they all criticised song choice but this is a memorable song something which can not be said about Leona’s new offering. I think a lot of voters actually believe what the judges say and are influenced by it which is a pity. If they must have judges, I wish they would include a musician or two. As for Simons assertion that Rhydians performance was by far the best, its laughable.

  5. Kimberley was unfairly voted off as many viewers did not see her performance due to many tv guides and newspapers put the starting time of the show as starting at 5.45 on Saturday. I tuned in as she was getting the judges comments. She has a fantastic voice and should still be there. The show is getting silly we should be concentrating on the artists not the judges. Sharon should have voted for Kimberley and then it should have gone to the viewers votes and then the right one would have gone. All votes should be given on air then we could see how much this show is screwing out of voters

  6. Alisha’s performance of ‘Dreams’ was unique and really quite good on Saturday! I agree about the song choice perhaps, but she did sing it and perform it! She deserved to go through, as she performed it kust as well the second time. Kimberley was a personality but not a singer in my opinion! Niki, Futureproof or Alisha to win X Factor!

  7. I think the Simon changed Kimberly’s mind about what she was good at singing for her voice. When she tried out for the Xfactor she was singing country music. I really liked her voice, it suited it well.Considering there is no country singers in England (that i know of) she would of been very marketable overseas in America if proven talented singing this sort of music.Last week the girl who sang with the pink bow in her hair was really awful, it reminded me of that Sheila’s wheels car insurance commercial - ewe. ADVICE TO CONTESTANTS *PICK YOUR OWN SONGS AND PICK SOMETHING THAT SUITS YOUR VOICE*
and nothing that resembles a car advert! I can think of a few people on the show that should be gone, one being the girl group Hope (they don’t have any hope of winning) They cant sing-sorry
