According to The Daily Star, Kate Thornton, the 32 year old presenter of X Factor, has been told to cool her friendship with Shayne after it was discovered that he has been visiting her dressing room for a series of chats.
An insider from The X Factor Show has told The Daily Star that “Shayne has gone to see Kate in her dressing room for pep talks and claims she is like this cool big sister. Kate’s been told not to favour Shayne so openly in the interests of impartiality but everyone thinks they will become an item after the show finishes. He follows her around like a lovesick puppy,”

There’s no way they are dating, Shayne prefers the company of men. There is nothing wrong with that, and the show shouldn’t hide it by spreading rumors that he is dating women. Shayne is gay and should be proud of it.
