4Tune sang a Backstreet Boys track in last night’s X Factor, receiving a mixed bag of comments from the judges which were:
Louis - “Simon said that I didn’t pick the boys last year, I didn’t, because I didn’t think that they were ready last year and I still don’t think you’re ready for it boys. I think you’re almost there. You did a Backstreet Boys song which is a bit dangerous because you’re not as good as the Backstreet Boys and you definitely need some more vocal coaching.”
Sharon - “Phil looks relaxed, like he’s having a blast up there, and the other three have got to follow Phil because that was the one thing relax, enjoy it have a blast, act your age. You’re not quite men yet so don’t act like big old machos. Be what you are, which is great and enjoy it and lets see some more “lovin it” next week.”
Simon - “I really wanted them in the competition last week because to have a group like them in the competition makes it that much more exciting. You’re very nice, down to earth guys, been together since the age of ten and I know how important this is to you. Again I think we’ve seen a small part of what you guys are capable of doing and if you stay in the competition you’re gonna make it a much better competition. I thought you were terrific tonight, I’m very proud of you guys.”
4Tune - said they didn’t think Louis understood them last year and don’t think that he gets them this year and that they are ready for this.

I met 4-tune when i auditioned for x-factor in London this year, they are the nicest guys you will meet!!
They are so talented and i personally think they are the most talented act in the competition this year.
There is a huge gap in the market for them and i am going to vote as much as needed to help them get there!!
They deserve it sooooo much!!

How can they send 4tune home, do u honestly believe that the other contestants were better than them. The only two people i believe were in the same league as them were Shane and Maria. You telling me Phillip, Nicolas or Chennai had a better voice then 4tune, yeah rite. The only reason Sharon chose Chennai was cos of her history with her, yes thats how you do judging Sharon, well done! Im nt watchin x factor anymore and i no soo many people that will turn off now. I think 4tune are are great singers….new kids on the block….backstreet boys…and now 4Tune (GREAT TALENT). Its a real shame Sharon chose Chenai over 4Tune - but I am sure 4tune will succeed….Really dont feel like watching x-factor…just not the same anymore….no excitement or anything….4TUNE = PURE TALENT.

I cant belive 4tune went out, I cried! Nd I never cry when it comes to X factor! I know it sounds as if Im obssesed but it’s just that I think there voices are amazing! I like Sharon, but I think she did a BIG mistake by letting Chanai through. I just hope they come back next year or get a record deal!
But otherwise I dont know what will happen. But they are by far the best voices Ive ever heard, and they harmonize so well together. I think they’ll make it far!!!!!!!!!!!

I agree with you all the 4Tune Boys wer by far the most talented act in the competition and they did nt deserve to go home. I think i mite refuse to watch the rest of the series because ther nt on it! I only watched it to look at Antony (PHOAR!) and iv also had trouble gettin on to the official 4tune site.
Hopefully the boys will c how much support they have and understand they they MUST NOT giv up under any circumstances! xxx

Hi everyone. Its Phil, Mike, Simon and Ant here…just in case Simon Cowell is reading this!!!
Just wanted to say a quick thank-you for all the support that everyone has given us on this forum. Last Saturday was hard to take and we were clearly devastated but hey, what doesn’t kill you only makes you stronger!
We have made our views on Louis and his tactics clear and we felt this year was based less around talent and more about the judges egos . But hopefully with hard work and determination we will be able to prove Louis wrong!
We are currently looking at our options and for the record will NOT be splitting up. Hopefully next year will see the launch of our first album and we will be continuing to tour nation wide….

I have been on the xfactor message board, I am so pleased that you’re not splitting up, I found out last week when I watched the Xtra Factor. I think 4Tune shud have won the X Factor coz they were clearly the best there! When Sharon voted them out, it was purely tatical - she knew her bunch of nutters wouldn’t have beaten them! If they were given a 2nd chance, their fans wud have voted like mad instead of assuming they are safe! I never watched the show with the same spirit after they were voted out - i sobbed my heart out! I never thought, at 18, i would ever be so crazy about another boyband - so thanks 4Tune 4 that! I would like 2 add that Mikey is so gorgeous, that i start hyperventilating everytime i see him! lol!

I was gutted that 4 Tune didn’t make it yes they had a bit of tuning problems but if they had made it to the advanced stages of their competition they may well have gone possibly all the way, the judges don’t always get it right, but I guess they are right most of the time but I strongly do think this a fabulous group that “DID!” get away I do hope if you guys from 4 Tune are out there and read this don’t give up come back stronger and BLOW those judges from X Factor clean out their seats I think you can do it! and there is a gap in the mark for a group like yourself from UK!
