According to Sinita, who is a close friend of Simon Cowells and who was shown being interviewed on GMTV this morning, Simon Cowell was genuinely shocked at being given the groups category to mentor in last Saturday’s X Factor, because he honestly thought that Louis Walsh was going to get them. Simon and co were apparently tipped off that the judges were going to get given the same categories as last year to mentor and that’s why he was fine about all the jokes before hand and then so shocked when he found out that in fact, he would be mentoring the groups and not Louis.

X Factor’s Trevor Hodgson Backed To Go All The Way
17 year old singing sensation Trevor Hodgson, from Kirkholt in Rochdale, has impressed viewers so much with his rendition of Labi Siffre’s “Something Inside So Strong” that he is now being backed by business entrepreneur and Salford City Red’s Chairman, John Wilkinson. John is hoping that Trevor will go all the way to win the competition and has arranged singing lessons for him with Robbie William’s ex singing tutor and given him a regular Saturday night singing spot at The Willows Rugby Club in order to raise Trevors profile. X Factor Judge Sharon Osbourne Still Battling With Bulimia After 35 Years
Sharon Osbourne is still battling with bulimia after having suffered with the condition for over 35 years. Sharon admitted that she gorges herself on pasta and icecream and then forces herself to be sick. Even though she has had her stomach stapled, it has not cured her of the condition.
She said: “Some people do drink and drugs but for me it’s food, food, food. It’s about having low self esteem. It’s not socially acceptable to be fat - people take the p**s out of you.”
The comments come just weeks after it was revealed that Sharon is apparently only doing the second series of X Factor to pay for her extensive plastic surgery.
